Operational coverage focused on sales and billing functions across Uniphar Group, centralizing order processing, pricing, inventory checks, and billing within ERP Financial workflows for retail pharmacies, hospitals and veterinary clinics.
Governance and ongoing delivery were structured as a continuing partnership with ERPapps to extend the site’s offerings and improve user experience, supporting rollout iterations and platform responsiveness.
