The rollout encompassed configuration of inventory and assortment models, operational workflows for replenishment and allocation, and role-based access for merchandising and store operations, scaled to Unisuper S.A.s nationwide store footprint and its approximately 4,900 employees.
Governance changes emphasized harmonizing merchandising processes and centralized decision rights to improve consistency in assortment and inventory decisions, consistent with the company statement that JDA tools are viewed as strategic allies.
