Integrations extended beyond the core ledger to include new credit and debit processing engines, a CRM transition to Microsoft Dynamics from Salesforce, a cloud data architecture using Snowflake, an online mortgage application system via Blend, and a Large Language Model chatbot. Operational scope included enterprise functions such as HR, marketing, legal, digital channels, and technology, and the program also absorbed an acquired community bank with 190 million dollars in assets and five branches, plus a Legal Day 1 merger with a Pennsylvania based credit union holding 143 million dollars in assets and two branches. Governance and delivery were formalized by standing up a Project Management Office, a quality function, a software engineering organization, and a business analyst team to manage rollout, change control, and ongoing support for Fiserv DNA Bank Platform. A cross functional Continuous Improvement program was implemented enterprise wide, and it delivered approximately 3 million dollars in cost savings and about 8,000 hours of annual time savings over the first two years of the program.
