The remittance processing landscape included high-speed scanning capture hardware and PayCourier retail and archive applications as operational components supporting payment image capture and archival. Operational automation for the environment was managed through scripted jobs using PowerShell, Batch, and Perl to orchestrate file movement, indexing, and archival handoffs. Governance and runbook ownership were assigned to an internal application owner and technical lead responsible for system administration, vendor coordination for capture hardware, and automation of operational jobs. The implementation emphasized orchestration between capture hardware, image processing, and Exela Lockbox to sustain AR Automation workflows and exception handling processes.

The team managed data conversions and configured HR and compensation related business processes, and they implemented scheduled reporting and security permissions for report sharing and authentication. Project governance used Scrum Agile methodology and produced end user module guides, SME setup and configuration guides, and operational manuals for operations teams. Day to day support responsibilities included Workday HCM, security, compensation, and reporting issues, and the engagement formalized process documentation and operational handoffs to sustain absence and leave management operations within HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, staffing, and time tracking functions.
