Governance activities covered deploying change requests and implementing Service Desk tickets in production and non production environments, managing user access and security, and creating custom SharePoint workflows to automate business processes. The team developed and maintained SharePoint lists and dashboards to monitor projects resources and services enterprise wide, formalizing process controls around BI content and access. Operational outcomes included the creation of Power BI dashboards and ongoing performance and security monitoring of SQL Server databases, alongside continuous application support and customer service for BI and reporting operations. Microsoft Power BI served as the central Analytics and BI application supporting reporting, ETL and visualization across the department.
