UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 United Surgical Partners International implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) as its Time and Attendance solution for surgical center operations. The deployment covered Central Jersey Surgery Center and Jackson Surgical Center, running from February 2016 through November 2016, and included a formal handover to a new Administrator at Central Jersey. The UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper implementation concentrated on core time and attendance capabilities, including punch capture, timecard processing, exception tracking, schedule rule configuration, and manager approval workflows. Configuration work emphasized payroll-ready time export patterns and pay rule enforcement consistent with time and attendance operational requirements. Operationally the rollout involved cross-system workforce workflows, with Business Office Managers trained on ADP/ePrise for payroll and employee management, KRONOS for time reporting, and AdvantX for patient service billing and scheduling, demonstrating concurrent coordination between timekeeping, payroll, and patient billing domains. Training and knowledge transfer extended beyond the two centers, preparing Business Office Managers from other USPI facilities to operate within the timekeeping and adjacent administrative systems. Program governance centered on simultaneous management of the two centers and structured training sessions to embed standard time reporting practices and support administrator transition. Activities combined operational oversight, classroom and hands-on system training, and documentation handoffs to sustain the Time and Attendance processes under UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper.

DocuSign Legacy DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2023 2023
United Surgical Partners International implemented DocuSign eSignature in 2023 as a Digital Signing solution on its public website to enable online document signing workflows for site visitors. The deployment is centered on embedded digital signature capability, integrating DocuSign eSignature into the website front end to orchestrate signing sessions and to hand off signed documents to backend transaction handlers. This implementation places the DocuSign eSignature application at the customer touchpoint for web-driven agreement capture, affirming the Company DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing relationship for online signature collection. DocuSign eSignature was configured to support standard e-signature functional modules, including templated agreements, signature routing and workflows, authentication options, and audit trail and transaction history to satisfy compliance and recordkeeping needs. Operational coverage is focused on the public website and associated online document workflows, and the architecture implies front-end embedding with server-side orchestration common to Digital Signing implementations, while governance centers on document templates and signing workflow configuration rather than system-to-system enterprise integrations.
