A critical requirement for the implementation was the ability to interface with the organization’s campaign software system, and the project included integration points to exchange campaign revenue and pledge data with AccuFund Accounting. Governance centered on finance leadership and the development team to validate campaign to ledger mappings and reconciliation processes during a phased module rollout.
