The solution architecture encompassed Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle databases, Oracle OBIEE, and the surrounding tech stack hosted on AWS, with the environment provisioned for failover and backup capabilities.
Operational governance centralized BI ownership while delegating ongoing platform support and management to Apps Associates through MSP services. Change control, scheduled extract and refresh processes, and managed backup and recovery procedures were put under the MSP operating model to support the Oracle centric Analytics and BI deployment.
