The implementation was instrumented to work alongside existing operational systems referenced by HR staff, including OnBase for processing employee expense reimbursements and PNC charge reconciliation, and AskHR ticketing for employee issue intake and escalation. Lawson transactions were used by Talent Management and frontline HR for enrollments and walk-in support, while AskHR served as the escalation and tracking mechanism with tickets created and expedited for timely resolution and communication back to employees. Governance and operational controls focused on role-based administrative processes, calendar and event coordination for executive leadership, maintenance of distribution lists and meeting minutes, and payroll reconciliation workflows for HR staff that feed biweekly payroll communications. Execution responsibilities included assisting with executive level performance reviews, coordinating campus recognition programs, and enforcing confidentiality and process ownership for HR record management.
