Governance and change management emphasized transaction reconciliation because historical transactions in WorkForce EmpCenter would not be converted, requiring employees and supervisors to submit and approve pending timesheets and time off requests prior to cutover. Human Resources retained responsibility for entering ongoing continuous medical leaves on June 8, training and job aides for absence were made available in advance, and time tracking training was scheduled for the week preceding cutover.
