Solution Manager was provisioned to support system monitoring, change request tracking and life cycle management across the SAP estate, while BI components were integrated into the landscape to provide consolidated financial reporting and analytics.
Governance and operational processes were structured around centralized transport and change control, role based security for financial and employee self service access, and technical operations to sustain the 25 system landscape.
