Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment, instituting more rigorous compliance controls and formalized approvals to increase transparency and auditability of payables. Processes were made documentable and auditable, and financial reporting was elevated by making payment and invoice data more accessible to the accounting team. Outcomes explicitly reported include annual time savings of 600 hours, reduction of repetitive monthly manual processing that previously consumed roughly two weeks per month, the ability to scale financial operations without adding headcount, improved cash flow forecasting through weekly payments, and a reduced manual burden that allowed finance to focus on strategic work.
