In 2021, US Army Reserves engaged NetCom Learning to deploy NetCom Learning NetCom365 as a Learning and Development application to deliver targeted cybersecurity and networking certification training. NetCom Learning NetCom365 was used to deliver CompTIA Security+ SY0-601 and Network+ N10-007 course curricula to military personnel as part of a structured training program for signal and cyber units.
The implementation focused on certification aligned courseware, instructor led delivery, hands on lab exercises, and assessment tracking configured to support certification readiness. Functional capabilities implemented included curriculum mapping to CompTIA objectives, practical lab practice for defensive network tasks, and formal proficiency assessments to validate skills acquisition.
Operational scope covered signal and cyber units based in East Point, Georgia and extended to Army Reserve units responsible for mission critical operations. The program addressed cybersecurity and network operations functions, improving baseline security readiness and enabling soldiers to implement defensive cyber and network capabilities across Army Reserve units.
