Governance changes included formalizing stage definitions and owner responsibilities within Pipeliner CRM and aligning proposal management processes to the system workflow. The 2015 rollout delivered centralized visibility of proposal stages and improved management of the RFQ workflow as recorded inside Pipeliner CRM.
