| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 US Foods implemented FIS GETPAID to centralize credit and collections workflows as its AR Automation platform. The deployment prioritized establishing credit, resolving payment issues, and creating query and workbook driven collections worklists for assigned sales areas.
The FIS GETPAID implementation configured core credit decisioning and collections case management capabilities, accounts receivable reporting, and automated work queues consistent with AR Automation functional patterns. Implementation activities included mapping current and future credit and collections environments and instrumenting database queries and workbook based operational dashboards. Credit assessment workflows incorporated regular review of DandB reports to surface customer creditworthiness.
Operational scope covered sales area level collections ownership and national hospitality customer accounts, with an administered portfolio valued at approximately 10 million USD. Business functions impacted included credit operations, district credit management, sales management, and territory management through coordinated account reviews and escalation workflows. Weekly report origination and workbook outputs were used to drive collector activity and account resolution priorities.
Governance activity included participation in systems analysis and design, subject matter expert stewardship for planned integration of credit and collections functions, and translation of policies into standard operating procedures. Collections strategies were designed to align with the post merger company objectives and to standardize collaboration between District Credit Managers, District Sales Managers, and Territory Managers. The implementation emphasized process controls, an operational reporting cadence, and adherence to credit and collections policies.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, US Foods implemented Workday Absence Management as part of a broader Workday HCM and Finance deployment to centralize absence and time processes. The implementation targeted the Absence and Leave Management category and tied leave administration into core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting and compensation workflows across corporate and field operations at the distributor.
The Workday Absence Management implementation was configured alongside Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Time Tracking modules, with explicit creation of Supervisory Organizations, Cost Centers, Location Hierarchies, Staffing Models, job definitions and position structures. Business processes were built and customized for absence plans, merit plans, bonus processing and hourly and salary pay rules, and custom reports and scorecards were developed for eligibility and plan qualification tracking.
Integration and data movement were executed using Workday Connectors and integration tools, including Core Connector, EIBs and Workday Studio, with inbound and outbound web services, XML and XSLT based transformations for report to payload conversion. Integrations linked absence and time records into payroll and financial feeds, and Financials integrations used EIBs for supplier and journal data as part of the broader environment.
Governance covered the full implementation lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing and deployment, with creation of new security groups, domain and business process security policies and targeted testing of data and security from a reporting perspective. The project environment leveraged Workday report writer, Application Designer, Studio, Core Connector and integration utilities to operationalize Absence and Leave Management within HR, payroll and finance business functions.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 US Foods implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. The deployment is visible on the company site and exposes an IBM Maximo endpoint at api.monitor.usfoods-test.suite.maximo.com, indicating a Maximo-based service layer used for asset and service workflows.
The IBM Maximo implementation was configured with core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including an enterprise asset register, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts and inventory control, and mobile field service support. Configuration emphasis aligned with distribution operations, prioritizing asset lifecycle tracking and scheduled maintenance processes that are typical for an Enterprise Asset Management rollout.
Operational coverage focused on physical distribution infrastructure such as warehouses, material handling equipment, fleet and facility assets, and the business functions of maintenance, operations and facilities management. The deployment surfaces IBM Maximo functionality through its API layer, enabling downstream apps and operational users to consume asset and work order data.
Governance centered on standardized work order workflows, role based access controls and centralized configuration of asset hierarchies and maintenance calendars, driving consistent processes for asset lifecycle governance. Documentation and API exposure on the specified Maximo endpoint indicate an implementation intended to centralize operational asset control within US Foods’ distribution footprint.
