Tungsten Automation Legacy Kofax ReadSoft Online AP Automation ERP n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 USG People The Netherlands B.V. implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online for AP Automation as part of a broader service platform built on SOA principles and SAP-based finance architecture. The deployment was commissioned under a Technology Transformation and SAP Implementation program to standardize invoice capture and straight-through processing across finance and controlling functions. Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to perform invoice scanning, document capture, OCR and validation workflows integrated into invoice processing pipelines, supporting Accounts Payable orchestration within Finance, Controlling, Financial Supply Chain Management and e-Purchasing processes. The implementation aligned invoice scanning with Document Management and reporting workflows and used process automation patterns typical for AP Automation such as automated extraction, validation rules and exception handling. Integrations included SAP Process Integration to connect captured invoice data into SAP finance modules, and orchestration with ARIS for process modeling, SSIS 2008 for ETL tasks, Hansa Orga and BI processes for downstream reporting and analytics. The program also tied ReadSoft Online to portal and document management components and operated alongside SAP HCM, ESS/MSS and Payroll modules across the company ecosystem. Governance was delivered through a centralized program management office, with the Program Manager accountable for data quality, complete data migration and multi vendor supplier coordination, and with the SAP platform outsourced as part of operational delivery. Rollout emphasis focused on embedding AP Automation within broader SAP finance and PI-driven integration patterns, while managing cross-functional process reconfiguration and vendor interfaces.

Hyland Legacy Hyland Alfresco CMS Content Management Content Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, USG People The Netherlands B.V. implemented Hyland Alfresco CMS to centralize document management and collaboration services. The deployment focused on Content Management use cases tied to internal self service, collaboration and mobile access for knowledge workers. The implementation roadmap delivered to stakeholders defined three primary workstreams, integrate with the standard Self Service Portal, configure Alfresco Share for internal use, and enable use of mobile devices. Hyland Alfresco CMS was configured with Share as the primary internal collaboration interface, and Alfresco Share customizations were developed to align UI and metadata to business workflows. Integrations were executed using CMIS, linking Hyland Alfresco CMS to PEGA Systems and to SAP-PI for content exchange and process orchestration. The project also migrated Project Place into Alfresco Share to consolidate project documents and collaboration artifacts into the new Content Management platform. Governance and rollout activities began with a delivered business-case produced by questioning stakeholders, followed by a detailed implementation roadmap that was presented to and accepted by stakeholders. Deliverables were accepted and the program included targeted Share customizations and the CMIS integration architecture to support ongoing operational use.

Pegasystems Legacy Pega 7 Platform Apps Development PaaS n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, USG People The Netherlands B.V. implemented Pega 7 Platform as part of an Apps Development program to centralize process automation and document-enabled workflows across its professional services operations. The engagement focused on linking case and workflow capabilities in Pega 7 Platform with a document management roadmap that targeted Alfresco Share for internal collaboration and mobile-enabled self service. The project team delivered a business case developed through structured stakeholder questioning, and a detailed roadmap to implement Alfresco that specified three execution lines, integrate Alfresco with the standard Self Service Portal, configure Alfresco Share for internal use, and enable access from mobile devices. As part of the scope the organization migrated Project Place to Alfresco Share and applied customizations to Alfresco Share to align repository and UI behavior with internal collaboration needs. Integration work emphasized content services coupling, with Alfresco Share configured as the document repository and CMIS used to integrate content flows into Pega 7 Platform and into an SAP-PI integration layer. The implementation positioned Pega 7 Platform to consume and reference Alfresco-managed content via CMIS endpoints, while SAP-PI served as an integration conduit for broader ERP and middleware interactions. Governance and rollout were structured around stakeholder reviews and formal deliverable presentations, both the business case and the Alfresco roadmap were presented to stakeholders and accepted. Operational coverage included internal collaboration via Alfresco Share, case orchestration within Pega 7 Platform, and mobile and self-service access as defined in the accepted roadmap.
