In 2016 Valiram Group implemented Ramco HCM to integrate regional HR and payroll across its luxury retail operations. The deployment covered Valiram Group headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and all entities in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau, bringing HCM functions for more than 3500 employees under a single platform.
The program was executed as an end to end HCM implementation using Ramco Systems’ cloud enabled HCM solution integrated with Global Payroll. Core HR was deployed alongside Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Recruitment, Payroll, and Planning and Analytics modules, establishing Ramco HCM as the companys Core HR platform for payroll processing, workforce timekeeping, talent lifecycle and workforce planning.
Architecturally the rollout centralized regional HR and payroll workflows onto a unified Ramco HCM instance hosted by the vendor, with configuration to support multi country payroll and statutory variance across the covered markets. Operational scope included HR, payroll, talent acquisition and workforce management functions across retail stores and corporate offices, with phased rollout across entities as specified in the agreement to integrate HCM functions of over 3500 employees.
