In 2019, Valloire France deployed e-Liberty Touch as a Sales Automation solution, installing nine e-Liberty Touch self service sales and pickup kiosks to automate ticket and product sales and enable on site collection of online orders. The kiosk rollout was provisioned for the winter 2019/2020 season across the Valloire resort, addressing both skipass vending and retail product sales. The implementation targeted increased sales capacity and customer self service at physical points of guest circulation.
The e-Liberty Touch implementation focused on self service ticketing and pickup workflows, configuring kiosk user interfaces for internet order pickup, point of sale transactions, and on site payment capture. Functional capabilities implemented included automated order retrieval at kiosk, skipass issuance, product pickup confirmation, and order acknowledgement workflows consistent with Sales Automation processes. Architecturally the deployment consisted of nine distributed kiosks running the e-Liberty Touch application at strategic guest access points within the resort.
Operational scope covered ticketing operations, retail sales points, and guest services at Valloire, France, with SEM de Valloire overseeing kiosk rollout and daily operational procedures.
