The system was used by sales and marketing functions to align targeting and outreach, and Mats Linder CMO publicly discussed the initiative as part of the rollout narrative. Outcomes stated by Vattenfall included the ability to identify exactly which companies to target and to access automated CRM contact updates, enabling data-driven information to help make smarter sales and marketing decisions.
