The deployment focused on core IT Service Management capabilities including a service desk, user management, and procurement workflows tied to hardware and software purchasing.
The implementation included administration of Windows 10 clients through Matrix42 endpoint management, a Matrix42 Service Store and Ticket System configured for purchase approvals and incident management, and Mobile Device Management for iPhone and iPad. Configuration work covered client provisioning, automated ticket routing and categorization, and WLAN device provisioning consistent with IT service catalog and asset management practices.
Integrations were established with Unify OpenScape for telephony workflows, Microsoft Exchange for email and account provisioning, and Microsoft Office 365 for collaboration and identity alignment.
