In 2017 Veidekke Sverige deployed Infobric Field, a Field Service Management application, on the large Sergelhuset redevelopment project in central Stockholm. The tool was adopted from project start in summer 2017 to manage safety, deviation and observation reporting across all contractors engaged on the Swedish project.
Infobric Field was configured to capture QHSE incident reports, deviations and observations, providing mobile reporting capabilities, a centralized incident register and structured workflows for record keeping and follow up. Functional configuration emphasized incident intake, observation logging and deviation tracking to support site safety processes and documentation.
Operational coverage focused on site management and QHSE teams across the Sergelhuset site, with workflows designed to route safety information to responsible parties quickly and to maintain accountability across contractor boundaries. The deployment of Infobric Field streamlined incident reporting and ensured safety information reached responsible parties in a multi-contractor construction environment.
