Integrations were implemented to support data exchange with spatial, billing and enterprise data stores, specifically linking CMMS records with ESRI GIS, CCB, and Snowflake, and to interoperate with enterprise systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft via API and middleware patterns. The implementation required ETL and API-based data flows, data validation routines, and routine monitoring of data transfer between CMMS and other core business systems to preserve asset record accuracy. System configuration management and an understanding of EAM database schema were applied to support reporting and integrations. Operational governance centered on local EAMS administration functions, including user access reviews, training development and delivery, and quality data assurance for asset record accuracy. The program supported Production Maintenance, T&D, Engineering, and Meter Technicians with role based configuration, incident tracking, and continuous configuration updates, with an on-site administrative presence in Toms River, NJ to manage implementation support, training, and ongoing system maintenance. Documentation, change control for configuration updates, and routine data audits were institutionalized to sustain the Hexagon Infor CMMS configuration and support cross functional workflows.
