In 2017 Verathon implemented SAP Concur Expense to centralize employee and corporate card expense processing as part of its Expense Management footprint. The deployment explicitly supported the Accounting organization and the accounts payable team in a high-volume manufacturing environment, linking expense report auditing to supplier, vendor and employee payables workflows.
SAP Concur Expense was configured to audit and process credit card and Out-of-Pocket expense reports and to enforce expense report documentation and approval before payment. Accounts payable responsibilities associated with the rollout included 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and packing slips, invoice review prior to payment, check requests processing and 1099 maintenance, reflecting a blended expense management and accounts payable operating model.
The implementation used SharePoint for electronic approval and tracking of incoming mail and uploaded documents, and relied on Excel for reporting, reconciliation and analytics preparation. Operational coverage focused on the Accounting and AP teams, with cross-functional coordination across procurement and manufacturing stakeholders and interactions with international cultures noted in role expectations.
Governance centered on adherence to company authorization levels, documented approval signatures for checks and payment runs, invoice prioritization based on payment terms and month-end closing support. Day-to-day controls included vendor statement reconciliation, vendor inquiry handling, and maintenance of files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

In 2020 Verathon implemented Epicor Kinetic to consolidate core Manufacturing ERP functions with a focus on Order to Cash workflows and shipment tracking. The Epicor Kinetic implementation supported business activity query development and screen customization efforts to align transactional processing and reporting with manufacturing operations.
The deployment included creation of Business Activity Queries and External Business Activity Queries, development of BPMs for business validation, and multiple Windows Forms screen customizations written in C# to extend Epicor Kinetic user interfaces. Scheduling and automation were executed using BAQ Export processes and custom job scheduling, and EDI integration was implemented to automate Order Creation and Invoice processing as part of Order to Cash.
Data and reporting architecture work used MSBI technologies, with data migration scripts and SSIS integration packages developed to extract and load data into an operational data store and Epicor Kinetic, including a daily SSIS load for booking data. Reporting artifacts included SSRS RDL reports and a PowerBI report provisioned to a dedicated workspace for shipment tracking visibility, supported by RDBMS optimization, SQL tuning, index creation, and stored procedure and view modifications.
Project governance followed SDLC discipline and Agile methodology, with Business Systems Analysts participating in requirements gathering and unit testing, formal design documents and release instruction documents prepared, and ongoing bug fixing, deployment and functional testing managed through coordinated handoffs. The implementation work referenced clients Verathon and GMN Nameplate Boyd and centered on integrating Epicor Kinetic into manufacturing operations and reporting pipelines.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Verathon implemented Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution, embedding Cisco Webex Meetings on their website to support customer-facing sessions and virtual product demonstrations. The deployment served an 800-employee manufacturing organization based in the United States and was provisioned as a cloud-hosted meeting and conferencing service to enable both internal collaboration and external engagement.
Configuration emphasized standard meeting management capabilities typical for Audio Video and Web Conferencing, including scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, browser-based join flows, video and screen sharing, session recording, and webinar-style customer presentations. Cisco Webex Meetings was instrumented on the public site to expose meeting links and embedded join flows, enabling site-level routing to live demos and support sessions.
Operational ownership aligned with corporate IT and marketing for public events, while sales, product, and support teams used the service for remote collaboration and customer interactions. Governance centered on centralized administration of user accounts and meeting policies, along with controls for recording retention and external session moderation to maintain consistent customer-facing communications.
