In 2025 Veris deployed ZKTeco SenseFace 4A terminals as a Time Clock (Hardware) solution at PT Veris in Indonesia to provide facial access control and integrated attendance and entry logging. The implementation uses ZKTeco hardware and edge biometric processing to capture facial templates at entry points and record clock in and clock out events for HR time-attendance processes.
ZKTeco SenseFace was configured to operate as both a physical access controller and an attendance terminal, with on-device enrollment, template matching, and local event buffering. Attendance data was integrated with ZKBio Time (ZKBT-Dev-P5) for centralized attendance management, enabling synchronization of device logs with HR attendance records and standard time-attendance workflows.
Operational coverage focused on facilities security and HR within PT Veris in Indonesia, consolidating entry control and attendance capture into a single hardware layer. Governance changes included formalizing enrollment and access rule configuration and routing consolidated attendance feeds into HR processes, improving security and entry efficiency as documented in the vendor case study.
