In 2023, Veritext Legal Solutions deployed Mentorloop Platform for Learning and Development to run its Feed It Forward cross-functional mentorship program across North America. The deployment was led by Learning & Development and HR to centralize mentorship operations, cohort administration, and program enrollment.
Mentorloop Platform was configured to use Mentorloop’s matching engine, scheduling integrations, and sentiment reporting to manage mentor-mentee pairing, session cadence, feedback capture, and cohort lifecycle. Functional modules implemented included matching, cohort management, calendar synchronization through scheduling integrations, and sentiment and engagement reporting to surface qualitative program signals.
Integrations centered on calendar and scheduling systems via Mentorloop’s scheduling integrations and on automated sentiment reporting pipelines delivered to HR and L&D stakeholders, enabling visibility for succession planning and tracking of career progression outcomes. Operational coverage spanned North America and included cross-functional departments participating in the Feed It Forward cohorts.
Governance and rollout followed a cohort-based intake model with program-level reporting to support succession planning, and outcomes recorded cohort growth from 30 participants in Year 1 to 44 in Year 2, with 97% of participants reporting they felt comfortable sharing. Mentorloop Platform was used to track career progression outcomes tied to mentorship participation.
