In 2025 Vimson Group implemented greytHR Leave Management as part of a broader greytHR deployment to centralise attendance, payroll, compliance and employee records across six legally distinct entities in Goa. The deployment consolidated HR and payroll processes for the companys operations in India, with explicit coverage of attendance tracking, payroll processing and statutory compliance across multiple sectors the company operates in.
greytHR Leave Management was configured to provide mobile employee self service for payslips, leave balances and attendance, and the overall implementation included attendance and payroll modules together with centralized employee records. Use of greytHR Leave Management is inferred from the case study note that employees accessed leave balances via ESS, consistent with standard Absence and Leave Management workflows such as leave balance visibility and approval routing.
The architecture reflects a centralized instance model serving six legal entities, enabling unified record keeping and centralized payroll run orchestration across entities. Operational scope focused on HR and payroll functions, with employee self service extending to field and office staff via mobile access to payslips, attendance and leave information.
Governance was centralized to support consistent absence policy enforcement and payroll controls across entities, with changes to HR and payroll workflows to accommodate a single system of record. The deployment explicitly reduced payroll processing time by about 60 percent and enabled mobile ESS access for payslips, leave balances and attendance, outcomes that directly affected HR and payroll operations and demonstrate the application of greytHR Leave Management within Vimson Groups Absence and Leave Management strategy.
