In 2012, Vinearius implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate finance and accounting processes under the ERP Financial application. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment was provisioned as a cloud SaaS solution appropriate for a 50 person Canadian consumer packaged goods company, centralizing the general ledger and foundational financial controls.
The implementation emphasized core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting, with configuration of the chart of accounts and automated transaction posting workflows. Order-to-cash billing and procure-to-pay processes were instrumented to align operational transactions with financial accounting and inventory valuation practices common in consumer packaged goods firms.
Operational coverage focused on finance and accounting, standardizing month-end close, bank reconciliation and role based access for auditability. Governance workstreams established standardized approval workflows and internal control configuration inside Oracle NetSuite ERP, and the rollout was staged to stabilize core financial operations before expanding to adjacent operational capabilities.
