Deliverables included instructor and participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides and UPK 3.6.1 authored course content, and classroom instructor lead training was provided for PeopleSoft 9.1 NA Payroll, Kronos Time Clocks and Kronos Workforce Central.
The implementation connected time collection from Kronos Time Clocks with payroll processing workflows in PeopleSoft 9.1 NA Payroll, positioning UKG Workforce Central as the centralized Workforce Management system for timekeeping and payroll alignment. The implementation focused on delivering high quality PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 customizations and operational processes to support enrollment, transcript processing, placement testing, and student self service workflows.
The deployment included configuration and custom development work using Application Engine, SQR, and XML transcript templates, and extended the self service Student Center with targeted customizations. Development delivered system wide processes to evaluate placement test scores and automatically load students into appropriate student groups, and maintained Application Engine customizations to reconcile Multiple EMPLIDs across the system and to process placement score loads from a third party vendor.
Integrations were implemented to connect Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with external vendor systems, including a bookstore vendor website integration exposed through the self service Student Center, an SQR based integration to a vendor early alert system, and technical work to integrate a third party advising and planning platform. The technical team also supported integration work for a new veteran's portal and participated as co technical lead in a system wide procurement effort to replace the home grown Online Application for Admission.
Governance activity emphasized technical ownership and documentation, with the team creating technical documentation and best practices for the custom processes and for use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality. The support model included ongoing maintenance of Application Engine and SQR customizations, technical advisory for procurement and vendor selection, and system wide coordination to standardize student information processes across the 23 colleges while preserving PeopleSoft Campus Solutions configuration consistency.
