Operational coverage extended across Virtuozzo's service provider business with primary users in finance, billing operations and revenue accounting, standardizing invoice formats and billing schedules across product lines. The implementation supported core subscription and recurring billing processes and centralized billing operations to create a single system of record for recurring revenue. By January 2018 Virtuozzo reported over $1 million in billings flowing through ChikPea O2B, and the case study documented estimated annual automation and labor savings of $200,000 to $300,000. Governance changes included centralizing billing control and automating recurring tasks to reduce manual intervention during billing cycles.
