In 2024, Vitech Systems Group deployed Infosys Wingspan as a white label vendor enablement and partner training platform. The deployment addressed Learning and Development,Skills Intelligence requirements to centralize certification, repurpose learning content and manage partner access across Vitech's global partner community. The implementation targeted vendor enablement and learning and development process areas and onboarded more than 1,000 partner users.
The Infosys Wingspan implementation consolidated learning management, content management and certification workflows, converting over 150 SCORM packages into the platform's repository. Configuration emphasized content repurposing, role based access control for partner cohorts and certification lifecycle management, reflecting typical Learning and Development,Skills Intelligence functional capabilities. The platform supported structured training pathways and assessment workflows used for partner accreditation.
Operational scope covered Vitech's global partner ecosystem and new vendor onboarding workflows, with the solution used to provision partner accounts and manage access to certification programs. Governance included centralized permissioning and course lifecycle controls to standardize partner readiness processes across geographies. The deployment supported onboarding of new vendors and improved partner readiness and time to competency as stated in the implementation report.
