Incotec Software Legacy Incotec Incovar Timekeeping Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2017 2017
In March 2017, Voies Navigables de France implemented Incotec Incovar Timekeeping to harmonize disparate time and attendance tools across its regional sites and to centralize HR and operational time processes for the national waterways operator in France. The HR time project began in March 2017 and positioned Incotec Incovar Timekeeping as the primary Time and Attendance system for absence tracking, variable schedules and planning. The deployment of Incotec Incovar Timekeeping was configured to support core functional modules including absence management, variable schedule management, planning and roster capabilities, activity time tracking and access control. Configuration work focused on standardizing timekeeping policies and schedule rules so that regional sites operated under a single, consistent set of workforce time rules and tracking practices. Operational coverage extended across regional sites and touched HR and operations functions responsible for workforce scheduling, absence administration and activity reporting. The implementation centralized process ownership for time collection and planning, creating a consolidated operational footprint for timekeeping across the national network of waterways sites. Governance changes emphasized centralized process control and standardized workflows for absence and schedule management to improve operational consistency. The vendor case documentation describes the project objective to harmonize disparate tools and centralize processes, with Incotec Incovar Timekeeping serving as the unified Time and Attendance application.
