In 2010, Volt implemented Oracle Peoplesoft Expenses as a cloud-based Expense Management system to centralize travel and employee expense processing. The deployment emphasized mobile-enabled corporate applications and incorporated Oracle Peoplesoft Expenses alongside Time Capture, Field Assignments, Supplier Portal, Customer Portal, PO Requisitions, and Employee Self Service to support end-to-end expense and time workflows.
Configuration work focused on Expense and Travel Management processes, mobile requirements gathering, design, testing and implementation for corporate users. The implementation of Oracle Peoplesoft Expenses included functional capabilities for expense capture, travel booking reconciliation, and employee self service workflows, with automation to improve time to process travel and employee expenses.
Integrations were implemented to tighten integration with back office systems, explicitly linking Oracle Peoplesoft Expenses to PeopleSoft 9.2 FCM & HRMS applications and maintaining data flows with front office systems such as BullHorn for talent acquisition and recruitment. Operational coverage spanned both front office and back office application sets, with the mobile project team accountable for requirements and rollout of the related modules.
Governance and operational ownership included accountability for data integrity, ongoing enhancements and resource management across the Front Office and Back Office applications. Outcomes recorded in the implementation included a reduction in time entry errors by 60% and lowered cost of application management through the cloud-based Expense and Travel Management deployment.

In 2013, Volt implemented CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS on its public careers site. CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS is deployed as an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate-facing application flows and live job postings.
The deployment uses the hosted CareerBuilder Jobs.net application endpoint embedded in Volt's careers website, providing job posting management, candidate application intake, resume parsing, configurable application forms, and candidate workflow tracking. Functional coverage aligns with typical Applicant Tracking System capabilities including requisition lifecycle tracking, applicant data capture, and configurable candidate status workflows for talent acquisition teams.
Operational responsibility is scoped to recruiting and human resources teams in the United States, with the CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS serving as the primary interface for external applicants via the application.jobs.net URL. Governance emphasis centers on standardizing application intake and workflow stages to centralize candidate records and streamline HR processing, while the ATS remains the visible application layer for candidate submissions.

In 2015, Volt deployed Microsoft Power BI within its Analytics and BI environment to centralize financial reporting workflows and executive dashboards. The initial implementation focused on the financial reporting department and field executive reporting, with a primary objective to streamline the month end financial data flow process and to streamline preparation of the monthly CFO deck.
Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards were designed for financial and field executives, with data modeling and model-driven calculations built into Microsoft Power BI to support the CFO deck. VBA-driven Excel processes were retained where appropriate to automate transformation steps and feed Power BI models, while report-level role filtering and scheduled refresh patterns were configured to align with month end close timing.
Integrations explicitly included MS SQL Server as the primary transactional data source and SharePoint for report distribution and document management, and the Power BI deployment was implemented alongside AWS QuickSight for alternate visualization workflows. Governance concentrated ownership and change control in the financial reporting department, formalizing model versioning and report release processes to support consistent month end delivery and executive consumption.
