Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR HCM Crystal Consulting Service 2019 2020
In 2019, WADI Group implemented Oracle Cloud HCM. The deployment targeted Core HR requirements for the consumer packaged goods business in Egypt and covered an employee population of approximately 2,900 across corporate and operational sites. Oracle Cloud HCM was configured to deliver Core HR functionality, including employee records, organizational management, position control, workforce administration, talent management and absence tracking. The project applied standard cloud HCM configuration patterns for security roles, business objects, HR data model, and scripted business rules to align with WADI Group human resources policies. Crystal Consulting Service served as the systems integrator, leading go-live, cutover, testing, data migration, and end user training activities while coordinating HR and payroll stakeholders. Governance and process stabilization activities included establishing an HRIS steering cadence, validating role based access, and scheduling post go-live hypercare to stabilize HR workflows. Oracle Cloud HCM now operates as WADI Group Core HR system supporting HR administration and talent workflows, with Crystal Consulting Service retained for ongoing support and partnership going forward.
