Deployment architecture was executed as a centralized HR application serving corporate HR and store operations, with IT ownership and systems specialist roles supporting configuration and support. The implementation occurred within an environment that also included Oracle E Business Suite for Financials and ARC Merchandise Analytics, reflecting coexisting finance and analytics systems alongside HRPRO Advanced.
Governance relied on cross functional collaboration between HR and IT teams, with systems specialists providing project management and operational handover to HR process owners. Rollout followed modular staging to bring core HRIS functions online first, then expanded to time and scheduling capabilities, enabling standardized workforce administration across departments and sites.
