| TOTVS | Legacy | TOTVS Backoffice – Datasul Line | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2025 | 2025 |
In 2025, WAP implemented TOTVS Backoffice – Datasul Line as its ERP Financial backbone for e commerce and finance operations. The TOTVS Backoffice – Datasul Line deployment centralized transactional finance processes for a 75 person professional services firm, aligning billing and revenue accounting with the company’s commercial sales channels.
The implementation configured core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, invoicing, and inventory financial integration, leveraging Datasul native controls for tax and statutory reporting. Automation focused on order to cash workflows, AP invoice routing, and bank reconciliation processes that feed consolidated ledgers and support period close activities.
Integrations were explicit and instrumented, with VTEX and Shopify mapped to ingest sales orders and inventory movements into the ERP, Power BI used as the BI layer for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance projections and KPI dashboards, and Google Analytics 4 and RD Station mapped for campaign to revenue attribution. Office Suite remained part of routine reporting and spreadsheet based reconciliations, enabling analysts to combine ERP financials with web analytics and campaign data.
Operational scope emphasized finance, e commerce operations, marketing, sales, and technology teams, with governance set around defined KPIs, projection cadences, and cross functional alignment. Configuration driven controls and BI instrumentation were used to operationalize campaign level financial analysis and to establish role based accounting workflows for ongoing financial governance and reporting.
