Place of performance for ongoing support and any contractual work is Warren County, VA, and the procurement timeline in the RFI indicated a planned RFP issuance in November 2025 with preferred vendor identification by April 2026.
Governance and rollout planning included county-level procurement oversight with no bidder prequalification required, and the stated objective for the modernization was to enhance operational efficiency and to strategically position the County for future growth. BerryDunn’s role is to support vendor evaluation, technical and functional fit assessment, and to help structure implementation governance and phased rollout planning under the BAI Municipal Government ERP program.
