Operational governance formalised product, pricing and fulfilment processes to unify retail and CRM teams across UK sites, and training emphasized point of sale operations and loyalty fulfilment procedures. The project improved omnichannel fan retailing and enabled seamless loyalty and custom kit fulfilment across online and physical channels.
