The Informatica Product 360 implementation focused on attribute mapping, product data modeling, and digital asset management, with configurable workflows for content creation and HTML product description authoring. Functional capabilities implemented included attribute mapping across multiple platforms, content enrichment for cross-selling and upselling, rules-based feed preparation for marketplaces, and maintenance of structured product information to support order handling and customer service processes.
Integrations were established with GoDataFeed and ChannelAdvisor for marketplace distribution, with ERP integration to Mincron for upstream inventory and SKU synchronization, and with Shopify and Gorgias for storefront and customer support flows. The PIM served as the authoritative product catalog feeding Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Sears, and Overstock marketplace requirements, and it supported downstream processes such as order processing, RMA handling, warranty claims, refunds, and freight claims.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, including creation of Standard Operating Procedures, attribute mapping standards, stakeholder signoff workflows, and staff training on the Informatica Product 360 platform. Operational responsibilities documented during the program included weekly and monthly sales reporting to inform pre-market analysis, ongoing digital asset creation with design partners, and SOP-driven conflict resolution, all intended to optimize operational efficiency and support revenue, operational performance, and profitability.
