In 2009, Wesleyan implemented Unit4 Financials (ex CODA Financial) as its core ERP Financial application. The deployment centralized financial accounting capabilities to support the Society's finance organization, with specific focus on General Insurance and Life Assurance accounting operations.
The implementation centered on the CODA GL general ledger capability within Unit4 Financials and included configuration of chart of accounts harmonization, period close controls, and financial reporting workflows consistent with ERP Financial functionality. Functional and non functional requirements were documented in detail, and gap analysis compared current operations to the enhanced software suite to define required configuration and process changes.
Interfaces and integration points were analyzed as part of the initiative, with explicit gap work on the software suite interfaces to existing insurance operational systems. Traceability matrices were produced to connect requirements to design and testing artifacts, supporting validation of interface behavior and accounting controls.
Governance for the program emphasized detailed requirements capture, impact analysis on As Is business procedures, and formal traceability between requirements, design, and test cases. The Business Analyst role focused on producing the documentation necessary to guide configuration, testing, and procedural alignment across finance teams.

In 2013 Wesleyan deployed Networx Recruitment as its applicant tracking system on the company website, establishing a web-hosted recruitment intake channel. The implementation positioned Networx Recruitment within the Recruiting category to support Wesleyan HR and Talent Acquisition functions for job advertising and application capture.
Networx Recruitment was configured to manage core recruiting workflows, including job posting management, online application forms, candidate profile capture, vacancy lifecycle tracking, and configurable candidate status workflows. The deployment used category-standard automation such as resume capture and screening rules to funnel applicants into structured hiring queues, with Networx Recruitment serving as the central recruiting application for these processes.
Operationally the system is integrated with Wesleyan’s corporate careers pages to present live adverts and collect applications directly from the public site. Governance workstreams focused on centralizing vacancy approval and standardizing candidate status updates and interview scheduling within HR and Talent Acquisition teams across the United Kingdom. Data handling and process controls were aligned to UK regulatory expectations for recruitment data privacy and retention while Networx Recruitment remained the primary Recruiting platform on the public-facing careers footprint.
