Governance and workflow changes centered on formalizing new hire paperwork, onboarding checklists, and recurring payroll procedures inside Paylocity HCM, alongside routine audits of benefit bills and documentation for compliance with wage and hour requirements. Day to day HR operations, payroll administration, leave administration, employment verifications and correspondence were managed through Paylocity HCM, establishing a consolidated Core HR workflow for human resources and payroll activities.
