Governance emphasized preproduction validation and controlled rollout, with testing of any new functionality before implementation and retained business partnering between IT and commercial teams. SAP support processes were formalized for post go live investigations and pricing governance, and the SAP S/4 HANA implementation served as the central ERP Financial platform aligning transactional finance, order to cash and distribution workflows.
