In 2016, WillowWood Global, LLC implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as its core ERP Financial system. The program was executed with Blytheco on the engagement team and replaced an existing Sage 500 ERP formerly MAS 500 installation, refocusing transactional processing for sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory, and manufacturing. The implementation scope covered configuration and customization of sales order processing, purchasing workflows, general ledger and accounts payable and receivable modules, inventory valuation and warehouse management, and manufacturing execution capabilities. Operational coverage targeted core back office and plant facing functions across WillowWood US manufacturing operations, with primary user groups in finance, procurement, sales, inventory control, and production planning. Governance and rollout used staged deployments by functional area, a formal technical change control process, and coordinated user acceptance testing and training managed by the internal technical lead and Blytheco. Process workstreams emphasized standardizing purchase to pay, order to cash, and production planning workflows inside the Sage Business Cloud X3 ERP Financial environment.
