Governance and rollout were led by new executive management who relocated headquarters into a 440,000 square foot production facility and instituted formal processes and change management. The program moved at a rapid go live cadence to drive cultural and procedural change, requiring workforce training on barcode workflows, job close procedures before warehouse release, and elimination of paper based steps, with Blytheco supporting customer success and implementation activities.
