In 2020 Wilton Brands implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial system. During the implementation a Sr. EDI Coordinator supported testing of SAP S/4 HANA, managed setup and testing of new EDI trading partners and new transaction sets, and researched and corrected complex EDI errors while coordinating with IT resources. EDI issue resolution and testing workflows were communicated to customer service, finance, and warehouse teams to align transactional handoffs and order to cash and fulfillment touch points.
The implementation included creation of process diagrams using BIC cloud, development of training documentation, and delivery of training sessions to support user adoption across Naperville Illinois based staff and remote users. Process documentation and hands on training indicate a governance focus on operational procedures and error handling for EDI transaction sets within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. Wilton Brands SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial supported cross functional finance and operational processes through integrated EDI connectivity and structured testing, reflecting a coordinated rollout that emphasized transactional integrity and user readiness.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Wilton Brands implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The deployment targeted Core HR functions and began with formal project planning, a SuccessFactors EC project kickoff, and team orientation activities. The project included five day requirement gathering sessions with Wilton stakeholders and produced a business requirement report and a requirement traceability matrix. The implementation followed Bizxpert methodology and used SuccessFactors administrator tooling for configuration and provisioning.
Configuration work focused on provisioning settings for Employee Central and time off benefits, with explicit work on all four Provisioning data models, Corporate data model, country specific corporate data model, Succession data model, and country specific succession data model. Implementation included association and propagation data model design, picklist creation, and creation of generic objects and a metadata framework to capture clock in and clock out data. Role based permissions including RBP for Employee Central and benefits were configured alongside workflows and event reasons to support transaction routing and approvals. Global benefits enablement in provisioning required succession model changes and the enablement of generic objects to connect Employee Central and benefits records.
Governance and rollout artifacts delivered included a solution design document and project plan, enabling HR administrators to operate provisioning and administrator tools. Operational coverage emphasized HR, benefits administration, and time management functional teams, with process mapping captured in the requirement traceability matrix. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment was instrumented to support ongoing configuration through Provisioning and administrator interfaces.
