Role based permissions including RBP for Employee Central and benefits were configured alongside workflows and event reasons to support transaction routing and approvals. Global benefits enablement in provisioning required succession model changes and the enablement of generic objects to connect Employee Central and benefits records. Governance and rollout artifacts delivered included a solution design document and project plan, enabling HR administrators to operate provisioning and administrator tools. Operational coverage emphasized HR, benefits administration, and time management functional teams, with process mapping captured in the requirement traceability matrix. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment was instrumented to support ongoing configuration through Provisioning and administrator interfaces.
