In 2016, Windings implemented UKG Workforce Central HR (ex Kronos Workforce HR) to establish a centralized Core HR system for the 150-employee manufacturer. The deployment targeted HR and Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities across a custom manufacturer serving aerospace, oil and gas, industrial, medical, power generation and motorsports customers.
The UKG Workforce Central HR implementation focused on core HR modules including employee master data, benefits enrollment workflows, and HRIS recordkeeping, configured to support benefits administration and compliance tracking. Windings created a company online training and LMS tracking program alongside the HRIS, aligning training records and certification tracking with core HR processes and workforce data.
Operational coverage encompassed company-wide HR and EHS functions, with HR leadership positioned on the executive team reporting to the CEO to drive governance and adoption. The program included development and implementation of formal policies and procedures to standardize hiring, benefits administration, training governance, and EHS reporting workflows.
As part of the overall HR program Windings sourced and transitioned to a new health insurance provider, reducing a projected 19% cost increase to a 1.2% rise in premiums. UKG Workforce Central HR and the LMS tracking program together centralized employee records and training inventories to support ongoing HR and EHS management.

| SYSPRO | Legacy | Syspro Manufacturing ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012, Windings implemented Syspro Manufacturing ERP to support its manufacturing operations. The deployment was scoped to a US-based manufacturing business with roughly 150 employees and $18,000,000 in annual revenue, using the Manufacturing ERP application to bring core production, inventory and shop floor workflows into the ERP environment.
Configuration and module work focused on manufacturing job management, inventory control, and serialization controls. The implementation included design and deployment of a Serial Number management system to enforce customer-driven serialization rules and prevent duplication, and development of an ERP add-on to mass change open manufacturing jobs to align labor, components and instructions when stock code changes occurred. Development and extensions were built using .Net and Syspro e.net Business Objects, and administrators applied patches, upgrades and module configurations as part of ongoing platform maintenance.
Integrations were a central part of the implementation, with planned ERP integrations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales and customer data synchronization, UniPoint quality systems for quality management workflows, and Shiplink ERP integration for FedEx and UPS shipping across multiple locations. The ERP integrated with custom applications and third-party software to connect manufacturing, quality, shipping and CRM functions, reflecting an orchestration of transactional and ancillary systems around Syspro Manufacturing ERP.
Operational governance was formalized under an ERP Administrator and Senior Programmer Analyst who led project planning and implementation, worked with end users to identify requirements, and administered users, security, passwords and permissions for ERP and vendor systems. The role included documentation, end-user training, vendor relationship management to select external resources, and coordination of major software implementations, integrations and upgrades.
Explicit achievements documented during the Syspro Manufacturing ERP initiative include managing and delivering the Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, leading UniPoint quality system implementation and integration with ERP, executing Shiplink and carrier integrations at multiple sites, designing the serialization system, and developing the manufacturing job mass-change add-on. These implementations were supported by training and documentation to align business processes with the Manufacturing ERP platform.
