Configuration focused on personnel management and rostering capabilities, including multi-role crew assignment, cyclical rotation planning, schedule publishing and automated notification workflows. The implementation leveraged Workforce Management capabilities for crew qualification tracking, time and attendance capture aligned to payroll inputs, and a rules-based engine for rotation constraints and minimum rest periods consistent with maritime operational needs. Integrations were limited to the onboard and shore-side payroll interface and internal HR records, enabling a continuous data flow between crew schedules and payroll processing. Operational coverage extended across the entire fleet, supporting shore-side HR, crewing teams and onboard operations through a single system of record for assignments and availability. Governance emphasized standardizing HR processes across the fleet to ensure Maritime Labor Convention 2006 compliance, including role-based access, approval workflows for rotations and maintained audit trails for certification and work histories. Rollout was fleet-wide, with process alignment for crewing, HR and payroll teams to maintain consistent compliance controls and schedule transparency.
