The implementation supported operational coordination between the hotel front desk, VIP Guest Services and the Player Development Casino Host Department, including reliance on Ballys player tracking information to identify suite upgrade eligibility. Agilysys LMS therefore functioned as a hub for hotel operations that interfaced procedurally with casino-host processes and guest loyalty data to enable upgrade decisions and reservation handling. Governance and operational controls were embedded in day-to-day workflows, with night audit leads using Agilysys LMS to post charges and enforce guest confidentiality consistent with casino privacy guidelines. System use emphasized transactional accuracy and auditability across guest services, night audit, reservations and player development functions within the single-property Hotel Property Management deployment.
