In 2016, Wolf-Gordon implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize and standardize its core financial systems. The deployment positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the ERP Financial backbone for finance, payroll, tax compliance and inventory accounting across the organization.
The configuration emphasized core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and recurring journal automation for depreciation, accruals, prepaids and commissions. Cash flow workflows were formalized to support 13 week cash flow analysis, and inventory controls were configured to support quarterly inventory reconciliation and reserve analysis. Expense management was integrated with Concur, sales tax reconciliation processes were linked to Avalara, payroll processing and payroll journalizing workflows interfaced with ADP, and financial reporting was extended through integration with Vena for BI-driven analysis.
Operational ownership rested with accounting and finance, with the Accounting and Finance Manager leading training, end-user support and month-end close processes including bank reconciliations, credit card settlement reconciliation and coordination of state sales tax audits. The implementation established standardized recurring entry processes, automated PTO tracking and onboarding data flows into payroll, and consolidated finance, tax, payroll and inventory workflows under centralized accounting governance and escalation procedures.

In 2016, Wolf-Gordon implemented ADP Payroll. ADP Payroll served as the company primary Payroll platform to process payroll for over 100 employees, handling onboarding, PTO request management, commission and bonus payments, termination processing, retirement benefits data uploads, and the creation of payroll journal entries for accounting.
The implementation placed Payroll at the center of finance and HR transactional workflows, with the Accounting and Finance organization operating ADP Payroll for recurring payroll runs and reconciliations. Operational connections were maintained with NetSuite for ERP accounting workflows, Concur for expense reporting, Vena for financial reporting inputs, and Avalara for monthly sales tax reconciliation, reflecting cross-system data flows between Payroll and tax, expense, and reporting systems. Governance and process ownership rested with the Accounting and Finance Manager who administered ADP Payroll, provided end user support, and coordinated onboarding, benefits enrollment and COBRA issuance across payroll and benefits processes.

| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor Prelude | Distribution ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, Wolf-Gordon implemented Epicor Prelude as its Distribution ERP. The deployment focused on configuring core distribution workflows and integrating Epicor Prelude with the companys Salesforce instance, with project work driven by customization, integration development, and troubleshooting from end user requests.
Configuration work centered on modules typical for Distribution ERP deployments such as inventory management, order management and purchasing, pricing and catalog management, and warehouse transaction processing. Epicor Prelude was configured to support sales order processing and purchasing workflows, with targeted customizations to align validation rules and data models to Wolf-Gordons operational practices and to automate routine inventory transactions and document generation.
Integration work explicitly connected Epicor Prelude to Salesforce to synchronize customer records, sales orders, and service-related tickets, enabling sales and customer service teams to view order and fulfillment status. Operational coverage included business functions in sales, customer service, operations, and finance across the United States, with the integration emphasizing transactional handoffs and data synchronization between Epicor Prelude and Salesforce.
Governance established a feedback and change control loop where a liaison role triaged end user issues and enhancement requests and routed them to the development team for custom development or configuration adjustments. Release and troubleshooting workflows were organized around staged testing and incremental configuration updates to limit disruption to order and fulfillment processes, and documentation and training were updated to reflect Epicor Prelude customizations and new cross-system procedures.
