Suprema Legacy Suprema FaceStation F2 Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Wolverhampton Grammar School deployed Suprema FaceStation F2, a Time Clock (Hardware) solution. The project addressed access control and visitor management requirements across 36 locations at the school in the United Kingdom. Suprema FaceStation F2 terminals were installed to provide fast contactless authentication, time clock capabilities, and visitor check in workflows, stabilising the existing security platform. The terminals were configured for biometric face authentication and local terminal management consistent with Time Clock (Hardware) deployments. The implementation was delivered with T G Baker (Sound) Ltd., integrating Suprema FaceStation F2 with Paxton Net2 and Airfob mobile credentials to support approximately 900 users. Integration with Paxton Net2 provided centralised access policy enforcement while Airfob enabled mobile credential distribution and streamlined user onboarding across sites. Operational governance combined IT and facilities coordination for user provisioning and visitor workflow management, with rollout sequencing across the 36 sites to align with academic schedules. The deployment reduced contact related infection risk through contactless authentication and stabilised the school security platform to address immediate health and operational priorities.
