The implementation sat alongside existing HR systems in the environment, with HRIS products such as PeopleSphere and SAP and HR payroll or time systems referenced by HR leadership for adjacent payroll and time management processes, rather than as described technical integrations.
The rollout emphasized process standardization and recruiter collaboration, embedding EOLIA ATS into day to day talent acquisition operations and governance.
